Lower Calorie Foods Are More Satisfying

I bet most of you didn't know that the lower the calories the more satisfied you'll be. Yep, if you eat something like a bowl of cereal, you feel like you're getting a lot when really you're only eating about 110 calories. On the other hand, if you eat something like a donut, you feel like you need to eat something else when you've just consumed about 300 calories. So next time you're hungry, think about this and go for the healthier and appetite pleasing food.
